The most apple-y cider we could make. Spritzy and light and fun. Made with a blend of Braeburn, Bramley, Cheerful Gold and Cox apples, we chose to use a beer yeast - Nottingham - to add a touch of character, and it was a great choice! Enjoy this super chilled in the sun for max enjoyment.
